Firstly, carefully fill in the application form that you have received by post or print it here.
Secondly, return the application form with all the required documents stated on the last page either by post or by e-mail (in PDF format) at: savignac@ecole-de-savignac.com.
This fee is for the tests and your stay (accommodation and meals) with us. You will need to submit the application fee in euro funds. For candidates in the EU zone, a cheque can be sent with your postal application. For non EU zone candidates, this fee must be sent by bank transfer (contact us by e-mail for our IBAN details).
We accept applications until the end of June.
If you are selected, you will be invited to spend two days at Ecole de Savignac. On the first day, you will be given a presentation of the school. You will also take a multiple choice accounting test and a multiple choice marketing test (both tests are in French).
You will also have to take the TAGE II (French managerial aptitude test - in French). You can find a full description of the test and some samples to practice right here (in French).
An English test can also be required if English is not your mother-tongue.
The second day, you will have an interview (approx. 1.5 hours) with a director assisted by a programme leader.
For international students, it is being considered for the academic year beginning September 2011 that there will be various tests that can be taken via internet. A phone or internet interview can also be arranged.
You must at least have a 2-year undergraduate diploma in another field (you can apply while in your final year).
Your application tells us all about you so make sure you include all necessary details such as copies of undergraduate diploma or your country equivalent qualification, with the courses completed and the grades received. We are looking for motivated students who will succeed on this demanding course.
When we receive your application, we look at your academic results. As important in the selection process is your motivation, your professional attitude and your personality.
Whether accepted or refused, you will receive an answer by post and/or e-mail within 10 days.
No, but we may delay your actual enrolment until you have obtained the diploma or your present course.
With your letter or e-mail of acceptance, you will receive a registration form that needs to be filled in, signed and returned. Your registration will become effective as and when we have received the signed document and a non refundable deposit of 600€ (payable by cheque or via bank transfer for international students). This amount will be deducted from your tuition fees.
It is mandatory in the second year of your programme (MBA2) to live on campus, unless you are living as a couple or your family has accommodation within a 20 km radius of the school. In our main building, there are slam studios that you rent from Perigordia S.A.S. When you confirm your registration on the course, we shall book a studio for you. Monthly rental for a studio is of approximately 320€.
For Year 1 and Year 3 of your programme, lots of rentals are made available to our students (houses or apartments for a single person or to share) as we are located in a very touristy area. We provide you with a list of available accommodation once your registration has been confirmed. On average, students pay around 250€ per month in rent.
Yes, as a student you are entitled to a housing allowance. You can get more information about this upon your arrival at Ecole de Savignac.
Catering facilities can be found on campus.
No, they can vary depending on your particular requirements.
The first year of the course is a preparatory year and does not qualify you for a grant.
During Year 2 and Year 3 of your programme, depending on your financial circumstances, you might be entitled to a CROUS grant. However, you must either be French national or a foreigner residing permanently in France.
In Year 1, you could choose to be salaried during your 6-month work experience. This should cover your accommodation. Casual jobs do come up. Information regarding these will be available on campus.
The Crédit Lyonnais (LCI) bank offers loans to our students at a minimal rate of 2.4%.

Yes, at the end of the course, you are awarded a French national diploma.
