Savignac School >> Network Centre >> Corporate >> Employment Assistance
At Ecole de Savignac, our priority is your future career. Our pride lies in our high numbers of students who find employment upon graduation. In order to reach this goal together, you will have access, as soon as you begin your programme, to diverse tools to help you integrate efficiently the professional world.
Even though team spirit and group cohesion are at the heart of the Ecole de Savignac philosophy, we also strongly believe in providing personalised help to each student. The voluntarily limited admission to our school ensures to each student a tailor-made assistance according to his/her personality, strengths and weaknesses. During the year, the co-directors meet each student individually to assess progression and help in their career choices.
Searching for an internship or for employment are key moments when our co-directors are always available for assistance and advice. They will make available their personal networks if need be.

Ecole de Savignac has a unique partnership with the CIBC Dordogne (Inter-institutional centre for assessing professional capabilities and competences) who advises and helps professionals with their career development.
By adapting its knowledge to our students, the CIBC has created with Ecole de Savignac a unique module to assist students with their personal career plans.
The “Projet professionnel et profil managérial” module comprises three sections: «Who am I?» which helps evaluate «What are my personal and professional plans? » and lastly, to ask oneself, as a future manager, «What is my level of knowledge, what are my strengths and weaknesses?»
Students must then find their managerial style to achieve the goals they have set themselves.

To enter the professional world, you must master certain unavoidable tools and “sell yourself” to your employer. Students will acquire the knowledge and proper techniques to write an effective CV and learn how to personalise it during a dedicated module. Also, Albane Prieto, recruiting consultant, will teach the “Techniques d’interview” module to the MBA students by using an interactive teaching method on how companies recruit and how to behave during a job interview. The combination of these complementary modules will provide proper job seeking assistance to our students.

For more than 20 years, Ecole de Savignac has built up a network of over 1000 alumni working throughout the world. 98% have remained in the hospitality industry. This network is a real resource for all new students. The alumni still have strong ties to the school and are always available if contacted by current students. Each new graduate becomes another link in this dense and united network.
A great number of alumni offer jobs and internships to our students. They come back regularly to the campus in search of new talents. The alumni network is another important tool that can help find an internship or a job: “I am calling from Ecole de Savignac” are words that open many doors.
