- Understand and apply the thories of human behaviour to the management of individuals groups in the work place
- Determine the relationships between those theories and the roles and responsibilities a line manager has in the daily management of people.
- Recognise and evaluate the influence and effects of individual, group and organisational behaviour on effective management of people in service organisations
- Analyse, using relevant theories, the key concepts and processes involved in delivering effective high quality, practical and innovative people solutions to specific business challenges
- Determine and evaluate which aspects of managing people contribute to exceptional performance and how these impacts on the overall business success.
