Centro Superior de Hosteleria de Galicia
Centro Superior de Hosteleria de Galicia (CSHG) was founded 15 years ago under the supervision of the École Hôtelière de Lausanne in Switzerland, to meet the need for professional training in hospitality and tourism management in northern Spain.
In 2009, the École de Savignac decided to expand the European BA to include Spain, by creating a new partnership with the Centro Superior de Hosteleria de Galicia, thereby offering a hospitality management programme that meets the profession’s requirements, namely French-English bilingualism, solid managerial techniques and work experience at an international level.

Luis Real Sierra, Deputy Manager of the Centro Superior de Hosteleria de Galicia
« It is a privilege to work with the École de Savignac.
This partnership gives us an international dimension within the hospitality industry. We have done our utmost to adapt our programmes to the daily reality of the professionals within this sector. The students’ work placements give us very important information about the expectations of these professionals. This allows us to adapt the academic content of the European BA and position ourselves as leaders in this type of training.
We are convinced that the partnership between our establishments actively enriches this project. This cultural diversity is paramount.
This programme involves the best higher education establishments in Europe. Thanks to the feedback from the companies where our students do their work placements, and the academic results of our students, we know we are on the right track. The European BA produces trilingual, operational professionals suited to the sector’s needs. »
