Degree courses

These degree courses at either BA (Bachelor’s degree) or MBA (Master’s degree) level, want to improve the skills of your employees by giving them methodological and managerial tools while allowing them to gain height and perspective on their activity. The courses train your employees gradually over several months (between 6 and 18 months) and lead to a diploma.

Our diploma courses

Since 2015, we have graduated 157 executives (nearly 200) on Bachelor and MBA courses. The Ecole de Savignac has adapted the training modules to the needs of companies while respecting the RNCP certifications:

Bachelor – Responsable de service en hôtellerie, tourisme et restauration

Level 6 code NSF 334 Hotel, Tourism and Catering Service Manager. Registered at the RNCP by Ministerial order on 30 August 2016, published in the Official Journal on 7 September 2016.
Success rate 96% (average from 2018 to 2020).
This training allows the trainee to progress in positions such as: catering manager, accommodation manager, executive assistant, junior project manager, etc.

Objectives of the bachelor’s degree

  • Operationally coordinate the service and ensure quality monitoring
  • Conduct the financial and administrative missions of the service
  • Establish and implement the sales and marketing missions of the service
  • Elaborate the development of the customer relationship
  • Manage a team

MBA –Manager des entreprises de l’hôtellerie, du tourisme et de la restauration

Level 7, code NSF 334p Manager of Hospitality and Tourism Businesses. Registered at the RNCP by Ministerial order on 17 December 2018, published in the Official Journal on 21 December 2018.
Success rate: 94.8% (average from 2015 to 2019).
This training allows the trainee to progress to positions such as manager of hotel and catering establishments, manager of tourist residences, manager of outdoor hotels, manager of collective catering establishments, etc.

Objectives of the MBA degree

  • Develop the establishment’s operational development plan
  • Design a sales and marketing management strategy
  • Organize the operational and administrative management of his company
  • Conduct the financial activity of your business
  • Manage human resources and manage teams
