International Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management: Option Catering and Events Management

In Year 3 of the Bachelor’s degree, students can choose ‘Catering and Events Management’ from the 4 available options. It trains professionals whose profile combines the operational and management skills that the sector particularly values. There are a lot of opportunities on offer for those who want to work in catering and events, such as restaurant manager, owner of a concept bar, hotel banqueting, events coordinator at a convention centre, etc.

Objectives of the training for this specialisation

  • Develop the fundamentals of organising events, catering and facilities management
  • Acquire the know-how of events management
  • Develop skills in operational management

Entrepreneurship project

This is the major project you will have to work throughout the year.
This module allows you to acquire all the tools necessary for the creation and management of a business. You will follow the creation process by developing, with your team, your own business idea: analyse economic and financial difficulties, research information, identify and explain concepts, propose a business plan. This project is a practical work, which wants to transform ideas into concrete applications.
