Our training courses focus on work placements :

Bachelor’s degree: 4 – 8 months of work placements as part of each year of the curriculum
MBA: 6 – 8 months of work experience.

At the School, you work regularly on concrete cases that companies are faced with. Working as a consultant and accompanied by a team of experts, you are confronted with real professional challenges: you design and carry out market studies, business plans, analyses, and provide recommendations to the companies you have approached. It is by working on concrete cases that you become more skilled, independent and responsible.

INNOVATIVE AND INTERACTIVE EDUCATIONAL METHODS

The School regularly introduces innovative teaching methods and practices to maintain the excellence of its teaching. This approach is based on:

1. Interactivity

Tutors use different techniques, such as serious games, flipped classroom techniques, role-playing, project management tasks, etc.

2. Student co-development

Here, the knowledge and experiences of each person are taken into account and shared with the group. Work is carried out before each session and then students develop and enhance their skills during classes, group work and tutorials. Students therefore become actors of their own training.

3. Oral presentations

Oral presentations are a regular feature of our courses. They increase your communication skills and self-confidence.

4. Entrepreneurial learning

This is the promotion of an entrepreneurial spirit, giving students the confidence to put themselves forward, as per the School’s motto, ‘Dare Savignac’. GROUP WORK

The School emphasizes the importance of behavioural skills in order to ensure your professional success. By working in groups on the many case studies put forward by our partner companies, you will develop your sense of teamwork, leadership and public speaking skills.

Management in the hotel and catering industry is not limited to mastering theoretical knowledge. More than ever, it requires interpersonal skills. Savignac graduates are known in France and throughout the world for their unrivalled team management skills, their adaptability and their ability to handle new situations.

EMPOWERING STUDENTS

Savignac requires its students to adopt a professional attitude, both in the classroom and in life on campus. You will gradually acquire the know-how and values specific to the hotel industry: dress code, sense of hospitality, sense of service, respect for others, cultural openness, etc. You will take part in the day-to-day management of the campus: health, safety, entertainment, academic support, welcoming visiting lecturers, project management, etc. You will be involved in the daily running of the campus and are given responsibility from the very beginning of your time at Savignac.

It trains managers in the hotel, catering, events, leisure and tourism sectors. This unique School, where everyone is part of a family, trains around 400 students every year over 2 training cycles ranging from Bac to Bac +5 (BA and MBA).
