The hospitality world has transformed dramatically over the past ten years, especially with digital innovation and the growing focus on sustainability. That's why we've reviewed our ERASMUS+ approach to embrace what matters most today: going digital, protecting our planet, including everyone, and encouraging students to be active global citizens.

We offer lots of different ways to experience the world, whether that's studying abroad, doing internships, or joining shorter exchanges. We've also added virtual options because we know every student's situation is different, and we want to make international experiences accessible while being mindful of our environmental impact.

What really drives us is making sure every single student can benefit from these incredible opportunities, no matter their circumstances. We're especially committed to supporting students with disabilities, those facing financial challenges, or anyone who might find traditional mobility difficult. By 2027, we aim to augment our targeted programs and track outcomes through student feedback and career progression data.

Our network spans the globe, from our European partners to exciting collaborations in China, Southeast Asia, North Africa, and North America. Whether you're a second-year student heading off for a semester abroad or an apprentice diving into hands-on training, we've built these partnerships on trust and shared values. Each partnership includes measurable learning outcomes and performance reviews to ensure quality and relevance.

We love working with institutions and businesses that are pushing boundaries in hospitality, embracing digital change, and championing sustainable tourism. These partnerships help our students develop the cross-cutting skills that employers are really looking for today.

Being a smaller school is actually our strength, it means we can be flexible, responsive, and truly focused on what each student needs. We're all about creating experiences that work for everyone, supported by rigorous quality standards. We evaluate our success through student satisfaction surveys, employment rates within six months of graduation, and annual sustainability impact assessments.

Our enhanced ERASMUS+ strategy is about honouring our philosophy while preparing students for a future where hospitality education meets European and global values head-on, with clear milestones and measurable outcomes guiding our path forward.
