The three keys to a successful career as a leader
in the hospitality and service professions
are hidden behind a single observation:

Every problem is
a relational problem:

Relation to oneself,
Relation to others,
Relation to one's environment.

That's why Savignac offers its students a multidimensional coaching approach to help them become fulfilled, inspiring leaders.

This pedagogy is based on 3 pillars

Pillar 1

Acting on yourself

Our pedagogical approach puts the student at the center, working on his or her personal development, focusing on the development of soft skills and interpersonal skills.

Getting to know each other

Self-knowledge

You benefit from regular individual coaching to help you define and balance your professional and personal projects. The aim is to take you on a journey of deep introspection to get to know yourself better.

Surpassing yourself

We're committed to providing you with a unique, experiential pedagogy. At Savignac, you'll be exposed to real-life, challenging situations that will allow you to flourish. You'll be encouraged to push your limits and make intense commitments.

You don't think you're capable of running a half-marathon? The strength of the group will carry you forward and reveal what you didn't think you were capable of! Is public speaking an ordeal for you? Our techniques from the world of comedy will take the pressure off and boost your self-confidence.

Explore your potential: Develop your professional identity

At Savignac, you discover your professional identity and realize your full potential. You'll benefit from concrete opportunities to develop your skills and expertise. You'll be ready to make a real difference in your field as soon as you leave school.

Most of the situations you'll be faced with will encourage you to develop your emotional and relational intelligence, and your ability to rise to challenges.

Pillar 2

Working with others

With us, team spirit isn't just a buzzword: it's a philosophy. Through our pedagogical approach focused on group work and empathetic leadership, we help you develop crucial teamwork skills, while strengthening your ability to understand and respect the perspectives of others.

From individual to team spirit

Act as a group

Our teaching approach emphasizes group work, which accounts for over 60% of our teaching method.

This enables you to develop invaluable skills such as active listening, non-violent communication and the ability to express your ideas clearly in order to bring people together.

You'll also learn team problem-solving, to foster cooperation and create an inclusive environment where everyone feels valued.

Exploring empathic leadership

Empathy enables you to make an emotional connection, show compassion and consider the perspectives and feelings of others, fostering better relationships and mutual understanding.

At Savignac, you'll learn to make a real commitment to others (your fellow students and the people you meet along the way), to be a good listener, attentive, supportive, respectful and tolerant. These qualities will help you build lasting professional relationships and succeed in your future career.

Expand your vision of the world

Immerse yourself in multicultural experiences, develop a global understanding of current issues and adopt an open perspective on the world. Become a professional capable of adapting to the challenges and opportunities of a globalized environment.

Every interaction, every group project, every debate pushes you to hone your collaborative and empathetic skills. These are all stimulating situations that galvanize your ability to unite, understand and motivate your team.

Pillar 3

Working with your environment

Our ambition is to prepare you to be an agent of positive change in the world of hospitality. By encouraging you to make ethical and responsible decisions, and by training you to understand and integrate the challenges of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), we prepare you to make a real difference in your professional environment.

What sets our approach apart?

Professional and professionalizing lecturers

These are experts in their field, who share their experience and advice around real-life cases, making the courses pragmatic and practical.

Each subject is punctuated by case studies, most of which are carried out in the presence of companies who share their real professional challenges in the sector. Our students are thus confronted with the concrete realities of the professional world.

Teaching methods that mimic corporate life

You won't be sitting in class for hours. Discover our approach based on projects, group work, oral presentations and more. You'll be constantly on the move from room to room. Participation and interaction are strongly encouraged.

Experience crisis situations in the hospitality industry and prepare yourself to face the pressure of unbalanced situations, so you know how to resist and adopt the right posture.

Internships as well as sandwich courses

Because we know that to succeed in your field experience, you need to be armed with the essential skills, we make sure that theory plays a major role in the first two years, and that it is balanced with internships in France or abroad. Then, for your 3rd year, you can choose to keep up the internship rhythm or switch to a sandwich course.

A focus on entrepreneurship‍

You'll follow the process of setting up a new company, developing your own business ideas as part of a team: analyzing economic and financial difficulties, researching information, identifying and explaining concepts, proposing a business plan. It's practical work that will force you to turn your ideas into concrete applications.

A gradual evolution

Just like the business world, you develop your skills gradually.

Whether it's your personal development, your mastery of a foreign language or your integration into the business world, you'll follow a continuous, progressive cycle. It's this precious and necessary time that will enable you to move serenely from a student's posture to that of a high value-added professional.
