Selection and examination boards
Savignac relies on the analysis of its partner companies to select the School's future apprentices, even before they enter Savignac.
Companies are also called upon to sit on the examination juries for end-of-year professional projects: professionals sit alongside lecturers and teaching managers.
Conseil de Perfectionnement
The Conseil de Perfectionnement isÉcole de Savignac's strategic management body. Once a year, it brings together professionals in a working group. Thanks to their expertise, they contribute to the development of the School's training courses and teaching content.
This council wants :
- Ensure the quality and relevance of the School's training programs to the job market,
- To recommend the necessary directions, in line with developments in the profession,
- Consider new opportunities for opening up and developing partnerships, both in France and abroad.

Teaching
At Savignac, 60% of our teaching staff are hospitality professionals. We believe that there is no substitute for experience: these experts are best placed to pass on the skills our future managers need.

Business Creation Project
Every year, entrepreneurs call on our students at the end of the MBA cycle to help them carry out their professional project as part of the "Projet de Création d'Entreprise" (PCE) module. The aim is to give our students a taste for business, and enable them to apply all their skills before entering the professional world.
Students have 6 weeks to analyze the project, build a business plan and propose strategic orientations in terms of financial management, marketing, communications, human resources, legislation, etc.

Consulting services
Companies hosting MBA students on management internships also benefit from the advice of their interns.
Like a consultant, the student chooses a specific problem in his or her internship company, and makes recommendations in the form of a professional report. The student is placed under the supervision of a tutor who provides the necessary methodology and advice. This report is written at the end of the MBA cycle and defended at the end of the year before a jury made up of teachers and professionals.
Case studies
Whatever your course or level, you can entrust a group of students with a concrete research project. These projects enable them to put into practice what they have learned in class, and are an integral part of their curriculum.
Students are invited to develop a strategy based on briefs proposed by companies. They are able to carry out process audits, diagnoses and recommendations, carry out market studies, propose new catering concepts, etc.

Journées-Rencontres and Conférences-Métiers
The Savignac campus regularly hosts events where leaders in the hospitality industry come to debate and discuss issues and trends in the sector. These events are followed by networking meetings where students have the unique opportunity to discuss their careers with these managers and the HR heads of these companies.
